Environmental Impact Statement


The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was finalized and filed with US EPA on September 15, 2005 for submission to the Federal Register for publication. The Executive Summary and the 4 volume document (filed in 8 volumes) are available in Adobe Acrobat format.

Compact disc copies of the EIS are available upon request (see contact information below). Copies will be made available on this website and at the public library systems in Montgomery County (Little Falls Branch) and the District of Columbia (Palisades Branch).
