Financial information

Washington Aqueduct operates as a United States Federal entity. All employees are Federal civil service employees. Personnel and procurement activities are tied to Federal system and regulations. We receives no federal appropriations; all operating costs and capital investments are borne by customers - DC Water and Sewer Authority; Arlington County, Virginia;and the City of Falls Church, Virginia. Comments made in reference to a Public Notice should include your name, address, and phone number. Please be sure to include the Public Notice Number on all correspondence to the District.
